When life gets tough, sometimes you just want to curl up in a ball and hide away in a cave. Thats what I want to do. And thats ok, but when your ready to start processing and come back to yourself just reach out.
Reiki, Crystals, Sound Baths, & Divinations have all helped me to slowly uncurl from that ball and be a person again at one time or another in my life. They have helped me get my bearings and recenter after those hard times. Let me share these tools with you, no matter where you are in life's path, it never hurts to stop and find your footing again.

REIKI
Reiki is a non-invasive, complementary and alternative healing practice which promoted overall health and well being. Many ailments stem from our bodies being out of alignment due to emotional issues, injury or trauma. A reiki practitioner facilitates the flow of energy allowing a rebalancing to take place and for the client to lead their own healing response. This happens in both human and animals, because our beloved companions take on a lot of our stress which mean they need energy work too.
I serve both humans and animal companions, because we all have rough times. Please reach out for any special needs appointments like recovering from surgery or nearing the rainbow bridge.
DIVINATION
Tarot is a beautiful way to process what your soul is whispering to you. As a graduate of Tarot for the Wild Soul, a non-predictive interpretation of the cards with a less anxiety-causing perspective, we take the invitations from the cards to look deeper inside and talk about the true needs of your heart. Relaying and layering that mindset into Runes, Bones & Charms and Tea Leaf Reading has made my Divination sessions very unique.

SOUND BATHS
Sound Baths are a fantastic way to relax, recharge and recalibrate. Various instruments are played like crystal bowls, ocean basket/drum, rain stick, jingle bracelets, or chimes to help the listener quiet their mind and go deeper into a mediative state.
