During this 90 minute practice you can gently lay your burdens down and create space for a lighter path forward. Held just before the 8/8 Lion's Gate, this experience invites you to move into the weekend feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to receive.
Each guest will receive a small collection of thoughtfully chosen items to continue their Lion's Gate practice at home.
